A large variety of user interactions are available, such as creating, deleting or moving nodes and links. Nodes can be positioned individually and be grouped according to criteria. Groups can be arranged in lines or as clusters in squares. Text and picture boxes allow to put additional information and can be freely moved and edited. - adjusting the flow direction of the network between "top to bottom" and "left to right" - continuous zooming and autoscrolling of diagrams - integrated worldview (complete view) for navigation purposes - integrated printing function including paging and page previews, title and legend - diagram export (formats: EMF, WMF, JPG, BMP, GIF, PNG, TIF) - support of OLE drag&drop for nodes and links. The dynamic diagram concept of VARCHART XNet allows for meaningful visualization of data in most different applications. You can control the appearance of nodes an links by means of filters and maps in dependence of data. Data fields within and beyond node limits can be selected and their appearance can be modified (size, font, color). - Four different link types (FF, FS, SF, and SS) can be displayed graphically and annotated. - Positions of nodes and links manually modified can be stored and re-loaded. - The VARCHART XNet Control can be added to a HTML page and displayed in an internet browser.The programming interface holds a comprehensive number of properties, methods and events. - Already at design time you can set many of the attributes by the property editor integrated in the control. - All design features can be offered to the end user for modification. Your application can react to the interactions of the user by corresponding events. Calendars are objects that form the base of time patterns in diagrams. - VARCHART XNet uses a calendar when scheduling. - The dialog to define the calendar is available at design time and at run time.
